Privacy Policy
This CREATE Privacy Policy explains how information that may be collected from you and about the Data may be used.
Some of the terms used in this CREATE Privacy Policy are defined in the CREATE Usage Policy.

Your access or use of CREATE represents your agreement to this CREATE Privacy Policy and for your information
(as described in more detail below) to be used by IUCC in accordance with the terms of this CREATE Privacy Policy.

Information Collected
IUCC collects various information from you during your use of CREATE.
Some of this information includes the Internet Protocol(IP) address of your Internet Service Provider, the content you access,
the platform operating system and web browser you use, and the date and time of your visit.

Additionally, IUCC may collect the following:
* Personal Information
IUCC also collects personal information about you through your voluntary submission. For instance, in order to access CREATE you
first must register with CREATE. To register, you will be asked to provide your contact information (e.g. name, institution/company,
address, phone number, email, etc.).

* Information About the Data
For example, we may collect metadata about the Data, file types and sizes, instrument diagnostics, biases, errors, and trends within and
across Data, general trends in the utilization of CREATE, Apps, Software or other products and services, including, by way of examples,
features used, reagents used, software used, instrument type and identifiers.

How Collected
Some of this information is collected through your voluntary submissions of information. Some of this information is collected
through the use of cookies, which may be placed onto your computer.
CREATE also uses cookies to store user-provided information during your sessions. You can usually set your browser to reject cookies or
to alert you before one is placed, if you prefer, but this may mean that you cannot use all features of CREATE.
In collecting information, we may use various technologies such as Google analytics.

Use of Collected Information
IUCC may use the information collected to improve CREATE, Apps, Software, to improve the customer experience, to store your interests
and preferences in order to customize your use of CREATE, to communicate with you (such as for support), to verify compliance with
CREATE Usage Policy, to authenticate users, to improve other products and services, to compile
and analyze trends, and to carry out the transactions in connection with your use of CREATE. We also may aggregate the collected information
with information from other users of CREATE, Apps, or Software to determine user and performance trends for CREATE, Apps, Software, and IUCC's
products and services more generally (e.g., instruments, reagents, and software used).

Sharing of Personal Information
IUCC does not provide, sell, or lease your personal information to any third parties for their marketing without your express consent.

Retention of Collected Information
We will retain collected information as long as is needed in order to provide CREATE, including any services provided in connection
ith CREATE, to you. We may also retain collected information even after you remove it from CREATE for IUCC to comply with law, to
enforce any rights in connection with CREATE, to use as provided in the CREATE Usage Policy
and this CREATE Privacy Policy, and to resolve disputes.
Collected information may persist indefinitely.

Changes to Privacy Policy
IUCC reserves the right to change this CREATE Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, IUCC will send the updated
CREATE Privacy Policy, or a link to it, to you at the email address that is associated with your CREATE User account and such
updated CREATE Privacy Policy shall become effective immediately.
Your continued access to or use of CREATE represents your agreement to any revised privacy policy. IUCC will maintain an
archive of prior versions of this CREATE Privacy Policy.

Security of Collected Information
IUCC is committed to protecting the security of the information collected, and we take reasonable physical, electronic, and
administrative safeguards to help protect the information from unauthorized or inappropriate access or use. When we transmit
information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. We also
restrict access to information to individuals at IUCC who need to know the information in accordance with their job responsibilities,
and such access is only made from secured locations.
It is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your passwords, account information, and any other access features associated
with your access or use of CREATE.
